This event heightens public awareness of the world food problem and strengthens solidarity in the struggle against hunger, malnutrition and poverty.  Food Day USA is celebrated Oct. 24 each year.

Annual Summit – Keep in touch with one another and the OWEE Board of Directors with this amazing conference! Scheduled over the Martin Luther King Jr. weekend each year, it features roundtable discussions, breakout sessions with experts, and tours of cafes in the host city. Last year, more than 100 people attended our 4^th Annual Summit in New Jersey.
