Fareground Opened April 29 in Beacon, New York!!

Congratulations to Margot and Kara who opened Fareground today as a ‘pop up cafe’ in Beacon, NY. Fareground is a ‘ pay what you can’ community cafe that will feed all regardless of their means. The menu included soft corn tortillas, herbed rice, chicken, pulled pork, guacamole, cole slaw, mango salsa, brownies, lemonade and I am sure a few other good things I have forgotten!
