One World Everybody Eats is part of a growing wave of social entrepreneur-type non-profit kitchens operating in self-sustainable manner. We are always looking for people with kitchen experience who want a different kind of kitchen experience, whether staff or volunteers. If you want to volunteer, you get a food voucher for a full meal each hour worked. We seek volunteers to help keep the outside and inside clean as well as those with food experience who have (or can earn) a food handler’s permit. We usually select from our volunteer pool when we are looking to add to staff.

As we help those other communities around the world who want to put in “community kitchens” we feel that there is always room for others to get involved. This is an ideal opportunity if you are planning to do a kitchen yourself to get real hands on experience or to simply volunteer for a community. Come for a few hours, a day or longer!
